Orders: You may cancel your order for fresh vegetables before they have been dispatched from our facility. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
Subscription Services: For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations made after a billing cycle has started will not result in a refund for that billing period.

  1. Refund Policy

Fresh Products: Due to the perishable nature of fresh vegetables, we do not typically offer refunds for these items. However, if you receive damaged or spoiled products, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Non-Perishable Products: Refunds may be issued for non-perishable items returned within 3-5 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Subscription Services: Refunds for subscription services will be prorated based on the portion of the subscription period remaining.
